WBs = 20/14lbs 10/9′ MRX 20/10 Deads = 275/185 RX+ 315/215 MRX 225/155

*Rules = P1 rows/bikes while P2 performs Wallballs and Deadlifts, then switch
positions, Once both have completed row/bike and WBs/Deads = 1 round

    Came back at 4:30 to do Saturday’s WOD since I will be out of town…
    Repeat open WOD 14.2 & 15.2
    Every 3min for as long as possible: From 0:00-3:00
    2 rounds of:
    10 Overhead Squats 95/65 MRX 65/45 10 C2B Pull-ups MRX PU/JumpC2B
    From 3:00-6:00
    2 rounds of:
    12 Overhead Squats 95/65 MRX 65/45 12 C2B Pull-ups MRX PU/JumpC2B
    From 6:00-9:00
    2 rounds of:
    14 Overhead Squats 95/65 MRX 65/45 14 C2B Pull-ups MRX PU/JumpC2B
    Etc., following same pattern until you fail to complete both rounds

    10 c2b pull ups shy of making it into the 20’s
    Total reps=270 (132 rep PR!)
    Ripped and was bleeding everywhere on second rd of 16’s…slowed me down a bit and forced me to break up my pull ups more than I wanted to on rd of 18s..so close to making it into the 20s.
