    The one and only showing us the Split Jerk! Stellar Syd and so impressive.
    Complex = 95lbs
    Split Jerk = 115 – 135 – 155 – 175(f) – 175
    WOD as written with a 1.5pood KB and 145lb Split Jerks. Had to do all single Clean & Split Jerks, cannot link that many Split Jerks. Can’t lower the bar yet, working it.
