10 Overhead Squats 95/65 MRX 65/45
10 C2B Pull-ups MRX PU/JumpC2B
From 3:00-6:00
2 rounds of:
12 Overhead Squats 95/65 MRX 65/45
12 C2B Pull-ups MRX PU/JumpC2B
From 6:00-9:00
2 rounds of:
14 Overhead Squats 95/65 MRX 65/45
14 C2B Pull-ups MRX PU/JumpC2B
Etc., following same pattern until you fail to complete both rounds **refer to gradesheet, cannot go until 3min elapsed
