    push ups were a mash up of barbell, barbell from knees, and regular push ups

    very happy with this time with all the heavy squats and I only broke the set of 15..I’d call that a win for the day! thanks Colby for making me do plus..deep down I appreciate it even though it didn’t seem like it at 5am!
