    13#vest, 1 strict, 3 kip
    18#vest, 1 strict just got chin to the bar, 2 kip
    21#vest, 1 strict failed, 3 kip

    All Rows. After 40 pull ups had to go to ring pull ups (started tearing up skin).

    stopped at 30# so I could have time to build up on regular pull up

    70#..ran out of time to see how much I could get kipping

    First day back in a week felt good to stretch the lungs out

  7. Westin Chicago:
    AM: Surprising difficult “boot camp” with co-workers…EMOM of max reps of pushups, plank holds, squats, lunges, etc. etc….didn’t track reps but did feel it. 10 exercises, 3 rounds.

    PM: WOD as Rx’d: 16:00-3:00 rest = 13:00
    Hotel gym had KBs, pull up bar, and rower…I was impressed.
