    4×4 @ 135

    Thrusters
    4×4 @ 95 (focused on elbow and hand position because shoulder hurts with the thrust motion. Finding a way so that it doesn’t.)

    WOD RX’d all bike

    Clean and jerk rather than thruster because of knee
