    WOD modified: did all the rx movements except did lateral barbell skier jumps in place of DU’s. Also, for the 1st round of barbell wight I goofed and used 115 instead of intended 95#.

  4. Rx weights but red band on chest to bars so I could use regular grip instead of reverse and 35#kb for SDHP because I tore my bicep on those last year. 28:49. Took too many breaks.
