    Modified WOD: 8cal Bike and Push Press; Otherwise Rx
    7 rounds + 1 calorie (alternated between Bar MUs and Ring MUs each round)

  2. split jerks up to 125 I think

    WOD with 8 cal bike/S2O@115/burpee pull-ups/5 pull-ups subbed for rope climbs
    5 rounds + 5 cals on bike
    (spent 5 minutes on the first round trying to do burpee C2B, then eventually decided to switch to burpee pull-ups)

    8 rounds + 2 cals
