  1. FS and squat snatch- used 115. Took a while to get joints where they didn’t hurt.

    Modified WOD: Power Snatches; Otherwise Rx+
    4 rounds + 5 reps (alternated between Ring MUs and Bar MUs)

    Everything felt so heavy this morning

    SQ – worked up to 115# failed my first attempt but got the rest 🙂
