ā€“ 100 KBS 70/55 or 55/35 or 45/25 for time
ā€“ Build up to a Max Snatch (squat or power)

**Athletes Choice on Order, but all Must be completed *if not completed in 6min time cap/E6MOM annotate reps and move directly into next event. Each event starts at 6min.

    205# BS-5:50 (still not BW, but closer)
    1000m row-4:20
    55# KBS – 5:09
    800m run-4:17
    175# power snatch (f@185 x2)

  2. Run-2:45 (12 seconds slower)
    55#KBS-4:00 (24 seconds slower)
    Row-3:45 (7 seconds faster)
    Snatch 165# (10# heavier)
    Squats@175# 5:38 (4 seconds slower)

  3. Power Snatch=205# (same as last two years)
    800m Run=3:51 (slower than last year by 0:17)
    KBS=3:56 (better than last year by 1:42 but I did these 5th last year)
    1000m Row=4:10 (9 seconds slower than last year)
    Back Squats completed 40 reps @ 225 (finished them in 5:20 last year

  4. Different order than compare to. Change my scores quite a bit.
