-50 Over Bar Burpees
-50 Double unders

    Did this from top to bottom- few movements modified below
    – did box step ups to 20” box
    – did regular lunges instead of GB lunges
    – did lateral barbell skier jumps instead of DUs
    Completed @ 36: 29

  2. 5rds of 10 reps (MRx) – few movements modified below in line with Mrx
    – did box step ups to 24” box
    – did regular lunges instead of GB lunges
    – did Bamboo V-ups instead of Knees-to-Elbows

    Completed @ 34: 32

    25 over bar burpees (bar on the floor…no weighs)
    100 single unders

    50 push press 45# (Did all 50s up to this point)
    40 hip extensions
    30 wallballs 20#
    40 over bar burpees (bar on the floor…no weights)
    50 Doubles (Jump and tap twice)

  5. 20” box jumps
    Ripped hand, so subbed jumping pull ups for pu and ghd sit ups for k2e
    Double thigh taps for doubles
    15lb bar with 10’s for 35lb presses

  6. WOD with Rx weight, did Superman’s instead of back extensions and did 20 of the 50. Ox juns as step ups- did 5 rounds of 10 (much easier this way)

  7. WOD Rx but….had to cut it short due to the puppy destroying couch cushions and having to leave……
    Stopped between 33-34 minutes after completing 50 wallballs. Had the over bar burpees and dubs left.
