    Did same order as last time and same exercises except changed thruster weight reps to 70 w/ 75# (last time used 135). Faster on row and pull-ups this year but slower on thrusters.

  2. WOD Rx: No modifications this year but did curls at home
    30 Ring MUs: 8:21 no misses (13:27 faster; 21:48 last year with 2 misses)
    2000m Row: 9:47
    70 Thrusters w/75#: 40 at time cap

    80 Barbell Curls: 8:21 (2:14 faster; 10:35 last year)

  3. Modified exactly as last year to compare

    70 thrusters @ 35# = 4:18 (1:01 faster than last year)
    30 Pull-ups, 30 Parallette dips = 6:12 (0:48 slower than last year)
    2K row = 10:34 (0:07 faster than last year)
