    WOD Rx except for burpee c2b instead of bmu
    22:37-4:00= 18:37 bottom up. Thanks for all the encouragement guys!

    A little tender on the left knee. Had to sit and stretch a while during burpee c2b.

    Absolutely miserable tonight. Bad effort, felt awful from 3-2-1 go.
