    10 kB swings (used dumbbell) – #30
    10 goblet squats (used dumbbell) – #30

    WOD: MRX’d “scaled” – 225DL and GHD sub for T2B
    3 rounds completed + all but the row before time cap.

    8 reps @485lbs hands slipped off trying for rep 9 so close
    Wod RX+ w/Ski Erg Cals & 375 cause it was already loaded
    3 rounds+42 reps (10T2B)

    Finished the 3rd round with about 1:00 remaining and made the decision that 61 deadlifts were plenty for 1 day.
