  3. Masters Event Rx: Strict HSPUs & Power Snatches
    2 rounds +6 Burpees
    Cost me the strength, open gym, and part of my life span but beating Chase’s scores makes it all worth it.
    Power Snatch: 135/155/175/185
    30 Pause Power Snatches (3-sec pause at knee): 14:XX

    Failed 140# like 4 times.
    Not even sure how to post my workout…
    5 min AMRAP: 9 hspu, 6 burpees, 3 ss @ 115#
    Had about 6 failed snatches so waited 5 minutes and redid..
    2 Rounds + 6 burpees
    Frustrating day.
