9 Hang power cleans, (Men 155 lbs, Women 105 lbs)
6 Push jerks, (Men 155 lbs, Women 105 lbs)

In honor of USAF SSgt Timothy P. Davis, 28, who was killed on Feburary, 20 2009 supporting operations in OEF when his vehicle was struck by an IED. Timothy is survived by his wife Megan and one-year old son T.J.

    Shoutout to Ryan for doing this for a second time and for pushing me through the entire workout. Never would’ve finished doing this solo. Not to mention he would’ve PRd his time from Saturday by about 5:00 if he wasn’t waiting on me during the runs. Thanks Ryan!!

    In 2016 used 95# and time was 11:59, just a few months after we had started at CFJ
