    Did in reverse order. Rx except switched to MRX C2B after 1st round of 3 MU.

    Achieved 1st ring MU today.

    3 squat cleans + 3 MU
    = 12 rounds + 1 bar MU

    = 9 rounds + 1 power clean
    5 AKBS + 5 goblet squats + 5 RKBS
    = 13 rounds

    1. Shoulder really touchy…used a 20lb kB most rounds and 35 for one round…Mon used 35kb)
    12 rds total
    2. Used 95 lb barbell – 6 rounds total
    3. Monica was needed on “mom duty” during this portion and help her daughter, so time was a little disjointed-
    8 rounds + 2 squat cleans

    They went RX/ MRX for me except 30# KB and all pull-ups
