    Total time 4:59

    WOD 2-
    6 minutes and 2 rounds in, I quit. I have a 5k tomorrow and I was too sapped to continue.

  2. 4 x Every 4 minutes: Squat Cluster @225
    Cluster = 4 reps -> :15 rest -> 4 reps
    Each cluster followed by 8 banded Good Mornings.
    Partner WOD (done alone)
    3 RFT
    60 yard farmer carry 70#
    30 KB Swings 55#
    15 GHD Sit Ups
    -13:04, rested after each movement the amount of time it took to compete the movement.

    DNF
    Pulled a calf muscle with 10 DUs left in the last round. Time was 16:55 at that point but I couldn’t finish the last 10 DUs so officially a DNF. Even tried one legged DUs. Grr
