    David did Burpee TTB and I did GHD. If I cut my GHD reps in half (2:1 ratio with burpee TTB maybe?) we got 232 reps

  2. Solo version of wod in garage
    2 mins to complete 250 m row then
    Hang squat clean / thruster : 11, 12
    Front squats: 20, 23
    Hang clean and jerk 16,16
    1 min rest between each 2 min sprint; used 95#
    3 min rest
    Max cals on air assault in 2 mins = 37
