    4 sets of:
    1st min- 2 strict press to 4 push press; 3 alt leg slit jerks (used 95# for all 4 sets)
    2nd min: 10 sec handstand hold; 5 pushups
    3rd min rest

    WOD: (modified to box step over with hands using 30 inch box) rest did rx
    – 10 rounds + 2 pushups

  2. Strength
    1st Minute–135#, 155#, 175#, 185#
    2nd Minute–2 strict HSPU, 4 kipping HSPU, 6 push ups (skipped last round)
    WOD RX+
    8 rounds plus 2 box jump overs

  3. Strength & Conditioning
    1st min: barbell stuff
    2nd min: wall walk stuff
    3rd min: bike stuff

    WOD MRx weight & 24″ box:
    10rds + 3 reps

    Box jump overs, no hands – I’m not coordinated enough to figure that out! 😉

    135# – last round omitted the 2 strict press
    2 strict + 4 kipping + 5 push ups.

  7. Strength: 65-75-85-95 (failed strict at 95#)
    1 strict, 4 kip, 5 push up (failed last two strict sets)
    WOD RX hands on box: 12+10

  8. Strength:
    Barbell movements as written all at 135
    2 strict HSPU, 2 kip, 5 pushups (only 1 strict on last round)
    WOD Rx’d: 9 rds + 10 reps
