    Strength as rxd:
    95# – completed 75 reps at 9:40. Broke this up way more than I anticipated (12 times. One set was 20, rest were mostly 5’s).

    WOD Mrx: 8:29

    75 OH squats at 95lbs. 5:54. Took 5 sets

    Wod-
    Row 60 cals, 35 OH squats at 95lbs. Then several ring MU attempts, only getting 1. Time to start from scratch on those
