-50 KB Goblet Lunges (alt legs stationary) MRX Lunges
-50 Knees to Elbows (knees actually touch elbows)
-50 Push Press 75/55 MRX 45/35lbs
-50 Back/Hip Extensions
-50 WallBalls 20/14lbs 10/9′ MRX 20/10 9′
-50 Over Bar Burpees
-50 Double unders

  1. Mods for tweaked lower back…
    Unweighted lunges (75 iso 50)
    Knees to triceps
    Good mornings w/45# BB iso GHD
    Finished burpees at cap
    50 DUs after cap

  2. WOD mods:
    *5rds of 10 reps each
    -24″ step-ups
    -35lb KB Lunges (*last year didn’t use a KB at all on the lunges)
    -GHDs in place of knees to elbows
    **Everything else was Rx (last year was Mrx)

  3. Still nursing injuries (but getting better!):
    Box step-ups 18”
    Jumping pull ups
    25# swings
    35# strict press
    10 cal bike

    33:26 – 3 minutes slower than last year but the first time I did K2e and I think that was the time difference.

  4. WOD Rx
    2019 stopped between 33-34 minutes after completion of wallballs due to puppy getting out so I think I was way ahead of that pace.


  5. WOD w/25# KB, mogel jumps, 35# PP, jumping pull ups, 8# ball to 9 ft (all 10# taken),
    Knee raises ,20″ box step ups, good mornings with light bar
