    *dont really have something I can jump on so I did over the KB burpees (KB facing)
    *2-25# DB’s for the thrusters
    *53# KB for the SDHP

    First time doing jumps to a 24 in about 3 months
    Unbroken sdhp/thruster. Burpees were a train wreck

    Burpee with squat jump instead of box jump
