  5. Strength up to 185lbs.
    Had Maddy with me today. Worked with her on form / technique during WOD and fell behind. Finished… did not catch time, but we’ll under cap.

    Maddy: First intro to thrusters in a WOD. She completed four rounds of 10 SDHP and 10 thrusters. Called it a day.
