    3 bar MU

    9 WB 14# to 9ft target

    5 rounds + 6 cal row
    So 18 MU total…that’s pretty good for me, especially with my low (ish) macro day being yesterday!

    Last year I did this but subbed pull-ups 1:1 for MU, and finished at the time cap. Didn’t get nearly as many reps this year but was focused on trying to get better at MU during the WOD.
