    1. I feel like the benefit to working out with all the really fit people is that They may take all the weighted sleds before me so I have to end up with the empty sled! It didn’t work today, but that was my hoped for strategy!

  19. Wooo first time back at Crossfit since 2016. It was rough!
    Strength w/ 45# bar, first 2 sled push with 15# plate, finished 3rd sled push without weight and got the first single HPS.

    Made it nearly through a single round. Was just about 15′ shy of the turn on the sled push.

    It’s good to be back, but humbling to see what terrible shape I’m in now. 😀
