    Worked out at home with my kids. Did a team
    WOD
    60 rounds for time (cap was at 30 minutes but we all went over)
    1 power clean; 2 front squats; 3 S2O; 4 over the bar burpees. Weights — #95 for guys; #65 for girls
    Teams:
    Kellan & Moses= 36:28
    Me & Dawson= 38:18
    Samara & Jacee= at 40 minutes they completed 48 rounds
