    Next time I would suggest rowing 3 and run 2– running was hard after those lunges!

    Sled push 45- completed; 90- completed; 205(f); 180- completed

    WOD: did rx for KBS / Goblet alternating lunges. Instead of row/run did 150ft sled push (45 plate) for each 200m.
    *
    At 20 minutes finished almost all of it but had the last 150ft sled push left. Finished that after 20 minute cap.

  4. How random, I have a poster of this pic in my room.

    Bad idea to partner with Max on the sleds. I made it up to 140#.

    WOD KB weight isn’t important, but the time was 19:07.

    Felt bad from the start…
    Looked at the KB a lot, looked at the Rower a lot….
    DNF- 15 KB swings at cap.
