2 Muscle-ups
4 Handstand Push-ups
8 Kettlebell swings 70/55#

In honor of Chief Petty Officer Nate Hardy, who was killed Sunday February 4th during combat operations in Iraq. Nate is survived by his wife, Mindi, and his infant son Parker.

    Hs walks, longest was about 20 feet. Every minute at least made 1/2 of the distance between cones without stopping. I’ve never done that much and my shoulders were not happy.

    Wod as rx’d for men (stopped at 15 min bc I tore)
    2 bar MU
    4 strict HSPU
    8 kb 70# (had to redo one rep)

    5 rds in 15 min
