Exercise can help a person age well. A form of high intensity interval training, CrossFit is a strength and conditioning workout that is made up of functional movement performed at a high intensity level. These movements are actions that you perform in your day-to-day life, like squatting, pulling, pushing etc.
CrossFit can be an excellent program with some modifications and supplements such as the pure cbd oil. Benefits of the program include: CrossFit builds muscle to boost metabolism. CrossFit participants can expect to build strength and increase muscle mass.

      1. Did the Wod a second time at home. Rx’d 10:25. Maybe I’ll try it again in the morning and see if I can’t shave another 17 seconds off of it.

    WOD – tried to go with 175# but after struggling to get 1 out of my first 3 attempts – I lowered to 155#)

    all singles with push jerks, failed my 2nd jerk – definitely the most reps I have ever done at that weight as c&j PR is 165 so I will take it
