    Each sets: 165 for bench; 315 for deadlift (both no rx; under the prescribed amount)
    1st set: BP: 10 reps; DL: 10 reps
    2nd set: B: 10 reps; DL: 10 reps
    3rd sets: 12 reps; DL: 10 reps

    Wod Rx pistols and DL weight. Butterfly sit ups in place of HR Push Ups because of shoulder.
