    Wod modified (shoulder) Rx weight. Front squats in place of C&J and AAB in place of bar facing burpees.(30/20/10 cals). Rx DU’s and unanchored sit ups.

    115, 135, 155, 155, 175, 195, 195(F), practiced a few split jerks at 155.
    WOD:
    Did singles instead of dubs. Doubled the # of reps (240, 200, 160). Everything else RX’d.

    75, 75, 95, 105, 115, 125, 125, 125, 125, 135 (1RM)

    WOD – DNF
    Did singles so doubled the count, 95#
    Made it to 10 of 12 HC & S2O, so close to finishing the second round 🙁
    The burpees and the HC were super slow tonight.
