  6. Stayed extremely light today until knee heals. Felt extremely guilty when I looked across the gym and saw Max doing RX+.

    Complex:
    5 rounds at 95#. Push press instead of jerk.
    WOD:
    Stayed at 95#.
    Push press instead of jerk.
    Slow and steady .5k assault bike for all runs (1.5K total – 52 cal).
