    As written with WOD RX weight.

    WOD:
    Participation trophy today. Around 5 rounds with MRX weight.

    Active recovery day. Played two late softball games last night and couldn’t get going this morning.

  2. Strength up to 115# 3-4 times then failed 125#
    These sucked today but I can’t remember the last time we had any type of snatch and I haven’t been doing them on my own. Super frustrating today.
