  1. 5 min max unbroken rep set of bench press: didn’t do BW. Use 165# and did 10 reps
    5 min to do max rep unbroken set of pull-ups
    32 reps (pr is 36)

  2. Bench @ 175=21 reps
    Pull ups= 51
    Wod RX
    6+15 box jumps
    I knew it was going to be a struggle when I had to set the bar down after 3 SDHP on the first round.

    11 butterfly pull-ups…trying to learn to do them with grips
    Bench: 115 x 10

    Wod Rx with 24in box
    8 rounds even
    All box jumps
    Ripped in round 5, did GHD after that

  4. Max Pullups: 20
    Max bench press @135#(80% BW) 17

    WOD Rx
    8 + 4 SDHP
    all unbroken just slow on the box jumps with the step down method 😉
