    Lost footing on round 4 rope climb. Came down and redid it.

  5. Work meeting at 1:00 so had to cut strength short and rush WOD.

    Strength-PP into SJ
    Completed 4 sets. Up to 195#

    WOD Rx’d (but did 72 single unders vs 36 dubs).
    Completed 3 rounds and had to go.

    WOD w/125# and 10’ legless rope climbs
    4 rounds even
    DUs all unbroken; awesome for me! 🙂

    Thanks for the help and encouragement in the legless Chad. I WILL get better at them.
