    Thrusters 95# 50, 36
    Sit-ups 36, 44
    Shoot thrus 15 and 17
    Main goal was to get 50 thrusters under the mins after just coming up short on Thursday (1:57)

    50 pistols – 10 Cossack Squats. Took forever. Used box for support with right leg pistols. No support needed for left.
