      Strict Bar Dips: 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10
      Strict Deficit HSPUs (4″): 10-9-8-5-4-called it good

    20 EMOM:
    Ring dips: mix of kipping and strict, all unbroken
    HSPU: all kipping except 1, 2, and 3 were strict, all unbroken

    For time

    -KBs (53# KB)
    -Burpees
    -Goblet squats (53# Kb)
    **in between each round – did 30 DU’s

    HSPUs strict & kipping – one ab mat
    Dips unbroken – rings through 8 – bar for 9 & 10.
    *Coach Berry was on me today. HSPUs and ring dips need work (form & technique).

  4. RX 31
    Combination of strict and kipping HSPU and ring dips. Didn’t finish my dips in allotted minute, but completed all reps.
