    S2O: 7-4-4 (2 rounds) then 5-5-5 (last 3 rounds)

    Strength:
    30,45,50

    WOD: Rx
    Capped w/ 7HSPU into the 4th round.
    *nothing left in the shoulders, so the HSPU took me forever.

    18:40, rx weight and row, 1 ab mat, first round kipping, all rest strict except last 4 HSPU kipped
