Instead of our regularly scheduled class, we will be having our Friends and Family Night at 5:30pm! Workout with your friend or family member and give them the opportunity to see what CrossFit is all about. **CrossFit Jenks will be collecting items for the victims and relief workers in Moore.  Items that we are asking for are any non-perishable food item, blankets, diapers, batteries and clothing items. We are working alongside Jenks Police Department to get the goods to Moore. We will be taking the donations to them on Thursday of this week so please do what you can! Thank you so much!

Don’t forget about Friends and Family night this Friday at 5:30pm! We will be doing a FREE introductory workout for those who haven’t checked out CrossFit yet and we will also have a CrossFit Kids class going on as well.
