100 Meter sprints

**CrossFit Jenks will be collecting items for the victims and relief workers in Moore.  Items that we are asking for are any non-perishable food item, blankets, diapers, batteries and clothing items. We are working alongside Jenks Police Department to get the goods to Moore. We will be taking the donations to them on Thursday of this week so please do what you can! Thank you so much!

**We are canceling the 5:30pm, 6:30pm and Power Camp tonight due to the severe weather. Please stay safe everyone!

CrossFit Kids will be starting SUMMER hours on Tuesday, June 4th. Class will now be from 9:30am to 10:30am on Tuesday and Thursday rather than at the normally scheduled 4:30pm.  Please let us know if you have any questions!

Don’t forget that we will be hosting a Family & Friends night on Friday, May 24th at 5:30pm instead of having our normally scheduled class. We would love for you to bring in any of your family members or friends for an introductory workout and to learn a little more about the CrossFit Method. Simultaneously, we will be running a Free Intro CrossFit Kids class for children 5-12 years of age.  We encourage you to participate in the class alongside your friend or family member! Only 1 barbell per team.

For example: If your team uses a 155 lb barbell=130 reps, 135 lb barbell=149 reps, 115 lb barbell=174 reps, 95 lb barbell=211 reps, 75 lb barbell=267 reps, 65 lb barbell=308 reps.

40 Kettelbell swings (Men 55 lbs, Women 35 lbs)
40 Double unders
30 Thrusters (Men 75 lbs, Women 55 lbs)
30 Pull-ups
20 Hang squat snatches
20 Box jump overs (Men 24” box, Women 20” box)
10 Muscle ups (substitute 10 toes to bar if unable to do a muscle up)
10 Handstand push-ups

Rules: If any of the movements are broken up, 3 burpees must be performed before continuing.
