The rules: Complete as many thrusters as possible without touching the bar to the ground. Once the bar touches the ground you have to complete another 400 meter run before performing thrusters again. Do this until you accumulate 100 thrusters.
Rules: The 1000 Meter row has to be completed first. After the row it is your choice on how the work will be split up. For example: 10 rounds of: 10 pull-ups, 15 push-ups, 20 sit-ups.
This is workout #1 from the New Zealand Sectionals.
For time:
2km Row
50 Burpees
100 Lateral jumps (over 2 x 45 lb bumper plate for men/1 x 45 lb bumper plate for women)
Complete these tasks in any order, including breaking up the row and the reps as you like.

Don’t forget that the next On-Ramp Classes will begin March 1st. These will consist of 8 classes throughout the month of March. They will be offered on Monday/Wednesday at 6:00 am or Tuesday/Thursday at 6:30 pm. You MUST sign up for these classes if you are interested in participating. Also the American Lung Association’s Fight for Air Climb will be on Saturday, April 17th. This will be a 50 floor stair climb up the BOK Tower! I have registered a team under the name CrossFit Jenks and need some team members. The cost is $25 per participant and the American Heart Association would like each participant to raise $100.
