We will be closed tomorrow because of the South Central Sectional Qualifier this weekend. Be sure to come out and support all of the CrossFit Jenks athletes!
All athletes competing in Sectionals be sure to check in tonight between 5pm to 8pm to pick up your baggy, t-shirt, heat assignments, etc. at Next Generation CrossFit. You may then feel free to head four miles over to scope out the Sectionals site and find out Saturday’s “Mystery WOD”. There will be maps available.

As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
5 (Men), 3 (Women) Handstand Push-ups
7 Squat Snatches (Men 95 lbs, Women 55 lbs)
10 Box Jumps (20″ box)

The rules: Complete as many thrusters as possible without touching the bar to the ground. Once the bar touches the ground you have to complete another 400 meter run before performing thrusters again. Do this until you accumulate 100 thrusters.
Rules: The 1000 Meter row has to be completed first. After the row it is your choice on how the work will be split up. For example: 10 rounds of: 10 pull-ups, 15 push-ups, 20 sit-ups.
