WHAT IS POWER CAMP?

Power Camp is a fitness boot camp/Crossfit style of exercise. It is an indoor & outdoor group exercise class that mixes traditional calisthenics and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training. Focus will be placed on endurance, agility, conditioning, and weight training. Programming will vary each session, emphasizing a curriculum that will produce the best results for each athlete. Sessions will be intensive with little to no rest between exercises concentrating on a high level of cardiovascular exercises.

Power Camp is a great supplement to your Crossfit training or to do all by itself. It will help with your overall agility and endurance while helping you tone up all over. This will be a fast paced bootcamp workout with a lot of cardio/agility drills, partner work and stretching. Every class will make sure you are breaking a sweat and having fun.

Measurements, weigh-ins and pictures will be taken before and after each Power Camp. Individuals will be asked to come up with a realistic and attainable goal for their 4-week Power Camp.

WHO CAN JOIN?

All fitness levels are encouraged. Participation in Power Camp does not require any previous Crossfit knowledge or training. Individuals will be informed of workouts as they arrive for class and instruction on movements including focus on correct form will be explained before each movement is completed.

No person is left behind. Movements can be scaled depending on a person’s abilities. Each class is organized specifically for the group of individuals signed up to work on their weaknesses and improve their strengths. Class sizes will be limited to focus on one and one training, personalization and customization.
