What is CrossFit 101?
The CrossFit 101 is an opportunity for new members to learn the fundamentals of CrossFit and prepare for our group classes. Once the CrossFit 101 is completed athletes will have a basic understanding of the CrossFit methodology including the fundamental movements and will be prepared for our regular group classes.

When are the CrossFit 101 classes?
Every week we start a new series of CrossFit 101 classes. They are held on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 5:30 PM and last one hour. We also offer an individual 101 which is three personal CrossFit 101 training sessions scheduled at your convenience.
How many sessions?
There are four sessions each week offered on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 5:30 PM and last one hour. If you prefer the individual 101 there would be three one and a half hour sessions scheduled at your convenience.
The CrossFit 101 classes offered at 5:30 PM on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday are $140 or included with automatic monthly membership. The three one and a half hour individual 101 sessions offered at your convenience are $225.
