Want to try CrossFit?  We offer a free introductory class every Saturday at 11:00 AM.

In the free introductory class you’ll get a chance to learn a lot more about our program and actually experience a CrossFit workout for yourself. The free intro class is a prerequisite for taking any of our group classes. It’s purpose is to help us serve you better by getting to know your goals and expectations, fitness level, and experience.

If you are unable to attend a Free Intro Class then contact us to set up an individual free consultation.

CrossFit 101-  CrossFit 101 is a series of six classes that teach the fundamental movements of CrossFit.  These classes will be held on Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30pm and Saturday at 11:00am.  There will be two series of the CrossFit 101 classes offered every month.  The 1st series will begin on the 1st Tuesday of every month.  The 2nd series of CrossFit 101 classes will begin the 3rd Tuesday of every month.

These classes are a prerequisite to our regular group CrossFit classes.  All six classes must be completed before entering a regular CrossFit class.  If a class is missed it must be made up with a one-on-one session scheduled with a CrossFit Jenks Instructor.

Individual CrossFit 101 Training-  We understand that not everyone’s schedule will allow for them to attend our CrossFit 101 class times.  If this is the case for you, please contact us so we can set up times for your six one-on-one sessions with one of our CrossFit Instructors.

Group Classes-  After completion of either the CrossFit 101 or the Individual Training option, you will be able to begin our traditional CrossFit Group classes. These classes consist of a warm-up, skill or strength component and the workout of the day.  Please view our schedule for Group class times.

Personal Training- These are one-on-one or small group training sessions that are geared toward personal attention for those that want more assistance and instruction with their training and/or nutrition.
