Rest day

CrossFit Jenks is excited to announce it’s first CrossFit Kids Summer Camp with Coach Shannon! 

CF Jenks is hosting its first annual summer camp with the goal of forging general fitness knowledge at an early age.  Our camp is exciting, fun, and full of challenges and surprises every day. The kids will have a blast. Each day will be an adventure in movement.  Kids will explore different physical activities that will test their coordination, improve their balance, increase their endurance and show them fitness is FUN!  Join us for two weeks of action including: rowing machines, burpees, dumbbell work, rope climbs, pull-ups, push-ups, kettlebells, ice bag carries and so much more!  Hope to see you soon! 

July 22 – 26 & July 29 – Aug. 2

 Camp will run Monday through Friday in 50 minute sessions. 

9:00 – 9:50 – Ages 5-7

10:00 – 10:50 – Ages 8-11

11:00 – 11:50 – Ages 12 & up

1 week is $125.00

2  weeks for $200.00
