Family & Friends Night & CFJ Bootcamp!!
We will be hosting a Family & Friends night on Friday, May 24th at 5:30pm instead of having our normally scheduled class. We would love for you to bring in any of your family members or friends for a free introductory workout and to learn a little more about the CrossFit Method. Simultaneously, we will be running a Free Intro CrossFit Kids class for children 5-12 years of age. We encourage you to participate in the class alongside your friend or family member! If you’re interested in attending or have any questions, please e-mail Nicole @nicoleberry@crossfitjenks.com with the number of folks you plan on bringing including kiddos. We look forward to seeing you all there!
We are excited to announce that we will be starting a CFJ Bootcamp June 4th! It will be on Tuesday and Thursday at 5:30pm. The cost for the class is INCLUDED in your monthly membership so you won’t be paying anything extra. If you are looking to change up your routine a bit, this would be the perfect class to try!
