The 2012 CrossFit Open has arrived!  The first workout will be announced on Wednesday, February 22nd.  If you have not signed up yet then you need to do so now!  Click here to get registered.

For the next 5 weeks on Saturdays from 8:00 am to 11:00 am we will be doing the CrossFit Open workout.  We know that Saturday’s might not be available for everyone so from 7:00 am to 8:00 am on Thursday’s and 7:00 am to 9:00 am on Friday’s we will have a CrossFit Instructor available to judge you for $10 per person.  You MUST reserve your time in advance!

Also, please remember that if you have registered in the Open to claim a spot on the CFJ Team, you will need to complete your athlete profile on the games website. We will be using this AND the results from the Open to chose the 6 members (3 men, 3 women) that will comprise our team. Don’t worry if you haven’t done one of the benchmark wods listed or haven’t maxed out on one of the lifts as you will have the next 5 weeks to complete your profile. Good luck to everyone!

As many reps as possible in 6 minutes of:
21-15-9
Kettlebell swings (Men 70 lbs, Women 55 lbs)
Thrusters (Men 95 lbs, Women 65 lbs)

In this workout you will try to make it as far as you can in the 6 minute limit.  If you make it all the way through 21-15-9 then you start over at the 21’s and continue as far as you can.
