Rules:  If the bar is dropped or set down there is a 5 burpee penalty before you continue.

200 Box jumps (two people working at a time)(Men 24″ box, Women 20″ box)
300 Wall ball shots (three people working at a time)(Men 20 lb ball, Women 14 lb ball)
400 Meter run with a 225 lb barbell (all four people working together)
