“Carry your weight”

1 Round for time of:

45 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls – 45 lbs
45 Front Squats – 45 lbs
45 Push Press – 45 lbs
45 Squat jumps (6 inch jump with the barbell in the back squat postion) – 45 lbs
45 Walking Lunges – 45 lbs
45 Hanging Power Snatches – 45 lbs
45 Thrusters – 45 lbs

In this workout you can’t let the barbell touch the ground and you can’t put it down. It must stay in contact with only you and your body at all times until the completion of the workout!

His bodyweight has went from 239 to 194, waist size from 42 to 32 inches, bodyfat from 33% to 18%, resting pulse from 80 to 56 beats per minute and his blood pressure has dropped 25 points!
