  2. Breck, its good to see your up and running. Everything looks great and “Chad” sounds like a great WOD I’m gonna have to try….but me breaking 20 minutes? No way, that is an amazing time especially for using 135#’s.

    Wow,
    You are hard core performing “CHAD” on a rest day. Excellent job and time. I feel weak for allowing my body a little R+R, but did have a great Church and rest day. It took me a little bit to remember and find the “CHAD” WOD since it is not listed under FAQ as a Benchmark Girl, Other Girls, or Heroes Workout (do not get me wrong CHAD is a great American SF Hero), but I did finally remember it was in CFJ OpOrd #1. Great WOD I have not tried. Looks like it will hit the glyclotic and oxidative pathways primarily, should make for a good battle against Pukie. Until tomorrow’s WOD. R+R well.
